I have bought three cars from Audi Brookline, 2 for me
and one for my mom and if my dad still wants to drive when his lease ends I'll buy another for him! They are excellent and have taken amazing care of

I scheduled an appt to have my seasonal tires, which the
dealership stores at an exorbitant rate, put on my car.
Herb Chambers Audi had neglected to take them out of storage, so, they were not on site a

They were also doing an oil change, which they did not charge me for, in order to make up for the error. This was the right thing to do, but doesn't make up for my time wasted.
I will need to make time to go back again, compounding the mistake and sloppy service.
