My experience with Audi Brookline was superb. When I arrived they were ready to review my needs for my 20,000 check up and told me that they would speak to me about any additional concerns that When I arrived they were ready to review my needs for my 20,000 check up and told me that they would speak to me about any additional concerns that might arise. Some problems did arise which they thoroughly discussed with me along with what needed to be done. One of them dealt with my tires which I had anticipated but one would be covered by tire insurance. Another involved an accident to the front of the car which ended as minimal damage to the front grill. Otherwise all looked fine. They also arranged for a loaner for a repair that would be addressed in July. When the car was finished it looked better than when it came in along with another problem that was covered by my original contract. The only real problem was that they need to be closer to where I live. More
