Our experience with Speck Ford was excellent from the minute we drove into the dealership, until we left with our new vehicle. At no time was there any pressure to purchase, which was very much appreciated. Jose Campuzano completed all the paperwork to get us on the road. He was very friendly and explained all the documents we were signing. David Gonzalez, the sales manager, took time out of his busy day to come out and meet us. We cannot praise this team of individuals enough. We have not bought a new car in a number of years, but this was by far the best experience ever! More

We always hope to get a better deal, but overall, I am pleased and satisfied with the deal offered to me as I always am with David at the helm of it all. Next, I would like to address my Salesman, Matthew Steelman, I will never be able to find all the right words to describe this wonderful salesman. He is the epitome what all sales personnel should be, he second to none, head and shoulders above his peers. In my all years of buying cars and truck have I ever ran into a salesman of his caliber! This man went above and beyond what most customers would expect, during the sale and after the sale. He has been steadfast in helping to resolve any and all issues. This gentleman is truly an advocate for his client's. He makes sure the customer is pleased and happy every step of the way. I am 71 years old, so I don't know how many more vehicles I will ever buy, but I sure hope to have Matthew Steelman as my salesman, and let's not forget David Gonzalez, hopefully he will also be there to make me a great deal on my next purchase.
