RAV4 Hybrid purchase experience I purchased a 2018 RAV4 Hybrid LE from Leng Huang on August 20, 2018. Leng was very patient and very informative. We were there a long time, but tha I purchased a 2018 RAV4 Hybrid LE from Leng Huang on August 20, 2018. Leng was very patient and very informative. We were there a long time, but that was because of me not her. I came in thinking of buying either a Camry, RAV4 or a Corolla. We test drove 4 different vehicles and asked a ton of questions. Leng answered all of our questions with great patience and expertise. I love working with knowledgeable professionals and Leng proved to be that. She gave us an insight into her personality, confidence and experience. To try to close the deal, I told her the price I would agree to and not shop a competitor's dealership. The difference between her offer and mine were great enough that I thought it would be rejected or countered. To my surprise she said without flinching, "You're lucky you got me, because I can make this happen!" This display of confidence made me smile. She was true to her word. The offer was accepted. I didn't know what kind of sales experience I would receive, but I drove away with a car I love and a go to sales person for the next purchase. More
