The service needs improving. I had a appointment today and was waiting to get check in with 5 people in front of me and two being serviced. It took almost 20 min to check the t I had a appointment today and was waiting to get check in with 5 people in front of me and two being serviced. It took almost 20 min to check the two in. Wasn't going to wait for the additional five at that rate. They don't offer a drop off service any longer either. Why schedule appointments if you can't get your customers check in timely. Was going to inquire on a new car while waiting, there lost and won't go back!!! More

My experience at Jim Causley Buick GMC was excellent, My salesman Brenden was helpful and put together a nice, painless deal. I had a bad experience earlier that at another Buick dealer. Another great visit for vehicle service. I expressed concern about the battery voltage and a quick check was performed in the drive bay without incurring cost. The mutil-point inspection assured me that everything is Ok for a long drive to Florida Again-Great Job. The Signature Maintenance Program is well worth the initial investment in providing subsequent oil chargés and tire rotations and no costs. More
