You expect to go through some uneasy negotiation process or be pressured into spending more than you can afford.But my experience was pressure free and actually a delight. I left the Dealership with a new car and a peaceful feeling about the whole experience.I actually paid less than I expected for the car and I was in and out in about an Hour! David put me at ease the moment I walked in. He introduced Matt to me and He was very knowledgeable about the Car and answered my questions and never said"I Don't know".I Highly reccomend Jack Kain Ford and Their staff for your auto needs! Two weeks after buying my escape i noticed a noise . I took it to jack kains service department the service manager rode with me himself and heard the noise. They found the right rear wheel bearing bad and replaced it. So not only is the sales department great so is their service department. I recommend this dealership to everyone wanting a good dealership that they can trust . More
