David Holmes is the best service advisor. He is also my wife’s & goes above & beyond to make sure we’re taken care of. We don’t go anywhere else because David is just that good. I really love dealing with JNT service dept. They take care of all of my vehicles plus my daughter's. Nobody is perfect, but I believe they try to serve the customers as best they can. If there They take care of all of my vehicles plus my daughter's. Nobody is perfect, but I believe they try to serve the customers as best they can. If there is an issue, they always make it right. I think they have had to make some operational changes in the last couple years (just an observation), but the changes were almost transparent to the customer. JNT is a good business that hasn't lost the value of the customer. If I could give 6 stars to anyone, it would be David Holmes. I know that his job is pushing services that are needed, but as a 65 year old man with a lot of life experience, I never caught him trying to "over sell" a service as some do. That would just tick me off. The primary reason JNT gets all these kudos from me is David. He has outstanding customer service skills and presents the techs findings intelligently. I could keep going but my thumb is overworked. I believe JNT will treat you right. More
