What impressed me most, though, was how they handled things after the sale. We picked up the car on a rainy day and once we got the car home and had a chance to look it over more closely, we noticed a few cosmetic items we hadn’t caught at the dealership. They had already agreed to repair a chip on the door, but when we brought it back they went well beyond a simple touch-up. They properly painted the door so you can’t tell where the repair was and also repainted the entire front bumper to address some scratches we found. They also followed through on providing the full 165-point Kia Certified Pre-Owned inspection documentation we requested. At no point did I feel like we were being brushed off just because the sale was already complete. Buying a used car always requires a little trust, and to me the real measure of a dealership is how they respond after the paperwork is signed. Paramount followed through on what they promised and then did more than they had to. That says a lot. Our daughter is over the moon with her Sportage, and we’re very happy with both the car and the experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David and the team at Paramount Kia of Hickory. More
