Born and raised in Oxnard, CA. raised as a Navy kid and traveled around the United States. At 22, he became a police officer in South MS with his brother Russ. In 1996 he moved to Lakeland, FL. opened a mixed martial arts school. After 20 years as a school owner, he retired and began selling cars. He has a wife, Lori, and two daughters, two sons and a Granddaughter. He has been with Rivard Buick GMC since 2019.

Rivard Buick GMC is a great place to purchase a new car. I live 7 hours away but didn’t mind flying down to drive my beautiful truck home.. David Hurley was really nice and helpful. My wife and I had been looking for a Yukon XL Denali Diesel for a long time. After calling various dealers in central Florida and looking in other states we narrowed in on Rivard Buick GMC in Tampa. The Diesel for a long time. After calling various dealers in central Florida and looking in other states we narrowed in on Rivard Buick GMC in Tampa. They had the best price by far and the buying power to move things quickly. After watching their site for months, we decided to call their sales department and were fortunate to speak with David Hurley. He was down to earth, up front and honest about their pricing and options. After the call we decided to have one built. Rivard’s pricing was well below other new and even used Yukon XL Denalis in Florida. David was extremely helpful talking us through the process, taking delivery and closing the deal. We highly recommend asking for David Hurley when looking for someone to help you at Rivard Buick GMC. More

I love the car and the salesman was okay. I only got one key not happy about that since it will cost me almost $400 to get one. I also was not given tge code to unlock doors without a ke I only got one key not happy about that since it will cost me almost $400 to get one. I feel that these things should be have been tsken care of by the dealership for me when I purchased the car and paid in full for it. More

Because you have so much business coming through the doors because of pricing people are forgetting customer service. Vehicle was not cleaned properly after the ceramic coating was applied. Left the Dealership without the vehicle Registration. Had to remind the sales person that I still owed the dealership 14K.
