I liked the vehicle but wanted to get my husband's thoughts. Since I am retired, I had the whole day but my husband was at work where he couldn't be directly contacted. David had to endure me hanging out in his office for quite a while. After the purchase was made Ben with financing told me I had a freeze on our credit application. So again, more waiting until my husband could get the information after work at our home in Madison. After the whole day waiting the car was purchased but I had to get the kayak roof rack off my trade in. Well, wouldn't you know it I brought the wrong key for that. I had to come back the next day. Ben and I believe David Stawicki struggled to remove the rack for me. My thanks to all for your patience and good humor. And...I love the car! More

All went well until a relatively significant mechanical issue was discovered a couple weeks after purchase. When the dealer learned of the problem they took immediate action to rectify. Used car manager Peter Angelo stepped up not once, but twice to make sure necessary repairs were made. I honestly didn’t believe a dealer would reach into their pocket to make repairs after the deal was done. Thankfully I was wrong. Highly recommend this dealer and this staff. More
