I cannot say enough great things about this beautiful new Jaguar Land Rover Dealership in Hoffman Estates; from my sales guy David Kaminski to James Russo Finance Manager and last but not least, to the General Manager John Nelson. What a great team! I enjoyed working with David as he was very polite and knowledgeable. He was very helpful in explaining different options and highlighting all the great features of the vehicle. I was very comfortable with his sales ability and approach. They didn't give up trying to make my wife's dream car a reality that day. I bought a beautiful blk/blk Range Rover Sport HSE! He wanted us to decide what was the best fit. The buying process was quick and efficient. I drove out with my new ride that night. Charged more than Price Shown and Finance Rates a Joke 1. I was told the vehicle was x price and was certified. 2. Later told the price was almost $2k more to be certified. 3. I was told the finance rate 1. I was told the vehicle was x price and was certified. 2. Later told the price was almost $2k more to be certified. 3. I was told the finance rates match or beat any credit union. 4. We were shown a finance rate sheet that had a 4.9% rate which I was told was average. 5. I stated I would pay cash. 6. I selected a vehicle after looking at new and certified used. 7. I was told a price which was higher than that online for that exact vehicle. 8. They lowered the price as listed. (false advertising-reported) 8. Negotiated from there for an additional $1k off. 9. I was told I could get the $1k off if I financed any part of it. 10. App went through. 11. Was told rate was 4.8 with 50% down exceptional credit score. 12. Lies, lies, lies. More
