Dave was very knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to work with. In the process of coming to a final price a couple of the managers, John Nelson and Raul Tomsa, helped with getting to a price difference between their car and my trade-in that made me very comfortable with moving ahead. The whole process from first contact to delivery was absolutely the best car buying experience I have been involved with (and there have been a few!) I would wholehearted recommend them and plan on making the my dealer for service and future purchase considerations. Another area that impressed me was that at one point I stopped by while in the area and David wasn't in that day. Jodi Park stopped by to answer questions and treated me like a "first contact" I thought this was very unusual and commendable. Another employee that impressed me was Steve Pavlik from the service department. While I was waiting for my new car to have plates and stickers changed he gave me a tour of the service department with which I was very impressed. Thanks to all!!! More

David has a great product knowledge and is very friendly and cares about his customers. We did have a few communication issues since I'm located out of state. Once those were cleared up, our relationship became even better. David even drove 3 hours (one way) to personally deliver my car. Also, kudo's to James Russo in Finance for all his great advice for both finance and the extended the warranty. Rather than feeling like being pressured into the sale of other products, James actually educated me and I purchased my first extended warranty. All the best to my friends at this fine dealership!
