Read the bad reviews first since the good ones show first!! If I could do a -10 I would. Don’t let the 4.4 overall rating fool you. We bought a 2025 equinox and had the first oil change completed at the dealer ship. They failed to place any of the caps on my fluids along with the oil cap. My husband went out of town and the warning light came on. Much to his surprise all caps were laying on the motor area, oil everywhere, and no oil showing in the dip stick. Now they want to rebuild the motor killing the value of the care and said they can’t get us into something else because our situation has changed since we purchased the equinox. Life happens folks and it’s now my fault I can’t get a new car to replace this one that they screwed up since life is different 5 months later. My advice is don’t go there for anything and check your vehicle thoroughly if they service it. Not to mention the 2 plus hours you wait even with an appointment. More

Price gauging In 6 months oil changes went from $80 to $150 without being notified until after car was done. I even showed them where I book appointment online and prices aren’t shown. Manager Pete didn’t care and acknowledged there is a flaw with online system as it should show pricing when booking. The auto checkin guy even admitted he forgot to have me sign the paperwork and tell me about the change when I dropped the car off. A customer show have the right to know the prices up front - this is scamming people. I been coming here for 5 years and will not return. More
