Did a good job, friendly staff, however first advisor, Michael, didn’t do a very good job of keeping me informed about my vehicle and he ended his day without talking to me and discussing my RO. He left work and I needed a ride from the courtesy van and he was nowhere to be found. I texted multiple times and did not receive an answer. I called and was sent to Michael’s voicemail and was never told he’d left for the day. After over an hour waiting to hear from Michael I got a ride to the dealer to get my vehicle.
