Tire Pressure Message This past Tuesday a message came up that my left front tire needed air added. My car had been sitting in a parking lot so I wasn't sure if something This past Tuesday a message came up that my left front tire needed air added. My car had been sitting in a parking lot so I wasn't sure if something had happened to it causing a slow leak or if it just needed air. I drove straight to the dealer and asked for Dave Kohler, a truly great asset in the service department. Not only did Dave check the tire pressure, he had the tire checked to make sure there wasn't any damage and even had my car washed. Thank you Dave! I've owned Lexus and Infiniti autos but the service at Crown Mercedes is the best, in my opinion, and the attention provided by Dave is absolutely the best. More

We have purchased both used and new. We are convinced that Mercedes is a quality product and they value our business. The best ambassador of that business is Ken Stuart. He knew we had a bad experience with Cadillac and he has worked very hard to make our experience at Crown with Mercedes very positive. Ken and Mercedes are now our preferred brand. More
