The older car needed to have parts ordered which he did promptly and kept us informed every step of the way. The new GLK was taken care of immediately and returned to service in record time. He arranged for a car to drive with no hassle. I always get the impression that Dave is my friend and wants me to be satisfied no matter what. (And I have always been satisfied with the service he has provided.) More

Specifically he ensured his best team was assigned to test my G63 so all replaced parts and signals worked correctly (his team found some issues that had to be redesigned/improved). In addition David offered a loaner car while by G63 was repaired (much appreciated), He is as 'good as it gets''. More
