While Melisa was explaining one of the vehicles many functions to me, she noticed the front passenger window did not do down on the one push. Melisa immediately took us to see Dave Koehler and when he was not able to reset the button, he offered us a loaner vehicle and got ours in for repair. To our surprise the shop foreman happened to walk up and said he would look at it and in a very short time our window was functioning properly , our car was washed and we were on our way and couldn't be more happy with Crown and especially Melisa and Dave! Wonderful group of people ! More
