Great Customer Service My car has been serviced at Crown more than its fair share; I literally keep Dave's card in my wallet at all times. I've had a chance to work with a couple of other people at Crown and have not been disappointed with their treatment. I don't know his name, but the older check-in man is super friendly too. Love the loaner services and, though the labor may be pricier than other shops, it's worth knowing you're getting the right parts and quality work. More

My first trip to the Mercedes Service Center As a race car owner and having bent wrenches for 50 plus years, I would say the experience was one of the best. Dave had everything at our fingertips, As a race car owner and having bent wrenches for 50 plus years, I would say the experience was one of the best. Dave had everything at our fingertips, was able to discuss the moisture content of brake fluid to the most inside baseball depth you would want. There were no surprises as all work was agreed upon and presented in writing. Also future requirements were identified. And i got to look at all the beautiful cars on the lot while waiting..the eye candy was definetly worth the 40 mile trip to the " big city"..good job, Dave More
