I was able to schedule my appointment online and bring my car in for service this afternoon. Dave arranged for a loaner car and I haven't skipped a beat with the errands that I needed to accomplish today. car in for service this afternoon. A call to our home was received reminding us of the appointment we had for service. The female that contacted us was extreamly pleasant and professional. Both my husband and i own E500's. We broug appointment we had for service. The female that contacted us was extreamly pleasant and professional. Both my husband and i own E500's. We brought both our cars in for their regular service. We are always greated by a very friendly older gentleman. He greats us with his clip board very much expecting us. We are never left standing around waiting. Immediately we were introduced to Mr. Dill. He was totally prepared with our paper work. That was for two cars. After a few short minutes we were shown to our loaner car. Mr. Dill was professional, friendly, and efficient. We received a call just as we were told in the time frame given. All work was explained that was done on our cars. We were home before we knew it in two very clean cars. We appreciate Crowne's understanding their customers valuable time. More

I Bought a 2013 gl350 after a frustrating experience at Germain Mercedes at easton. Right away there was a good feeling about the way they treat you as valuable customer not just another number thru the Germain Mercedes at easton. The sales team was very knowledgeable & took care of me every step of the way during my purchase. Mike Gale had was out on medical leave when Andrew Ruck stepped in & took care of the final phase of the purchase I ran into some warranty issues with the car, build quality problems from Mercedes, that's when I got to experience the high level of continuing customer satisfaction at the service department. Dave kohler was very good with getting my questions answered & kept me updated constantly on the status of the repairs. he conveyed my concerns to the right people & I got to meet the Mercedes rep who was also exceptional in making my experience as pleasurable as possible in the given circumstances. I'm extremely pleased with my choice of dealership & would highly recommend this to my friends & family. Will be back shortly for my 1st service soon More

I've owned Mercedes Benz products for forty years and I've worked with many dealer service personnel and techs. In all respects Crown and Dave Kohler stand out as the best I have ever worked with. My car was recently in Crown's shop for several days and I grew more confident with each passing day that it was being taken care of by top professionals led by Dave. Dave is a "car guy." That comes through immediately. He's highly knowledgeable about all cars and especially about Mercedes Benz. Knowing that my car was handled by a complete professionals like Dave was reassuring. Dave contacted me every day and he told me what was needed, what had been uncovered what was being done. Dave showed genuine concern for me and for my car to be returned in perfect condition. He remarked several times, 'I know this is taking a while but I want you to love it when you get it back.' The car now runs better than ever and I love it. Crown Mercedes Benz is the place to go. I made the mistake of not purchasing my first Mercedes through Crown. I happily landed at their service department after several unfortunate visits with other Columbus Mercedes servicing options. I worked with Dave Kohler through the years, and in December when it came time to trade up, I couldn't think of a better place to purchase my new Mercedes. Dave helped establish my relationship with their sales department and has continued to bend over backwards to ensure that I receive the very best treatment. When enduring an unfortunate "hit-and-run" incident while traveling last week, Dave was on my top list to contact. After assessing the damage, he gave me great recommendations and even set me up with a spare C300 while my car was taken to the certified Mercedes repair shop. I can't thank him enough as I'm currently almost 9 months pregnant and his generous efforts have definitely made this incident easier to digest and has allowed me to continue my life as usual. Wonderful experience, I brought my 2010 e350 in for a simple oil service and tire rotation and the tech inspected my car and even showed me an issue that will need addressed next visit.
