We went to look at a 2011 GMC Acadia I found online. We had them work up a price for us that was just a very low ball price on our trade-in since we had already been offered a lot more for it. After being in the dealership for a little over 2 hours we finally had the deal we were looking for but by then we were kind of frustrated. I will say though that after we left and got ourselves re-grouped we called them back and purchased the vehicle and they even got us a great interest rate. We had very friendly and polite salesmen and finance representative. They all could not have been nicer and more helpful and so far we love the vehicle. So I guess the only negative is they should have come out with their best deal first and not played around for 2 hours of our time. I would recommend them and consider purchasing from the again in the future More
