Good service department I have a relatively new vehicle, I purchased it 13 months ago. I have found the service department to do excellent work so far. They have done routine I have a relatively new vehicle, I purchased it 13 months ago. I have found the service department to do excellent work so far. They have done routine servicing well, efficient and effective. I had a single service issue which they worked diligently on but were unable to resolve, however I was able to get it fixed with help from corporate sources. Their sales department leaves a bit to be desired, they are not as responsive or helpful when an issue presented. More

Awesome Customer Service I picked out the Jeep and then went for a ride, was introduced to the finance mgr then all was done. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and this represents the finest complimentary of service as "Ladies and Gentlemen" serving Ladies and Gentlemen" (Ritz Carlton epic) All the information and pairing up of my phone to the understanding of the soft top and rear seats. Greater than expectations would be another way to state this. I also purchased my last vehicle from this dealership for the same standards of service. A pleasure to meet them all and I look forward to many years of dedicated service from them. More

Tyrone - highly professional -showed me several cars and when my son and I returned to the dealership Tyrone took us on 3-test drives and answered all of our questions. When it came time to close the deal, Tyrone, Steve Durst and Conrad (Finance) took very good care of us with a fair trade value for my sons car and excellent deal on the new used vehicle. Dave Landi stayed in touch too thoroughout the deal even though he left for vacation. Tyrone Morgan Ian't listed on the review page but I give him 5-stars too. My first contact Jim was very friendly and worked to get me some information. He actually physically checked to see if the vehicle I wanted was still in stock. Jim put some numbers together for me and made contacting Naples Jeep very easy. I had some questions and Mr. David Landi stepped in and worked tirelessly to answer all of my questions and was able to get me a fair price for my trade. I did not even have to haggle over the price of the vehicle I wanted. Mr. Landi found some extra rebate money for me and arranged for me to get a fantastic interest rate from a lender they work closely with. The interest rate was just as good if not better than what I had received on my own. I am a USAA member and Mr. Landi honored the discount I receive through USAA and actually beat it. I could not have asked for a better experience. I live two hours away from Naples and Naples Jeep with Jim and David Landi made everyhting so simple. They were able to work with me from home so I did not have to waste a lot of time at the dealership. I asked for some acessories to be installed on the vehicle prior to comming into pick up my new vehicle and they made it happen. saved me a lot of time and money dealing with Naples Jeep.
