I really wanted the 2025 Pius Limited with the 360 camera and park assist option and I found out that's not easy to find...at least where I live in Chicago so after multiple calls and visits to nearby dealerships, I decided to branch out to nearby states. Luckily, my first call went to Umansky Toyota and I got connected with David. He knew EVERYTHING about this car, no exaggeration! He answered all my questions and was able to set everything up on short notice so in 2 days after the initial call, I got the car I wanted at a better price than I could've in Chicago. The finance person who helped us with the paperwork, Ella, was also very nice and accommodating, despite the difficulty of getting the vehicle registered in IL. Both David and Ella explained everything very simply, without being pushy or too salesy. I am very happy with my new Prius and the experience of purchasing here. These guys are experts! More
