HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I traded in my vehicle in August, didn’t even get my final finance company until over a month later. I had to sign paperwork three different times! I I traded in my vehicle in August, didn’t even get my final finance company until over a month later. I had to sign paperwork three different times! I was told that I had GAP and a three year extended warranty on my vehicle, only to find out today when I go to get my broken window fixed that my warranty was canceled during signing and I was NEVER TOLD. Each time I went to sign David told me everything was the SAME except the finance company, so I was under the impression I still had my three year warranty and GAP, as anyone would assume. As I went to use that warranty to get my window fixed, I find out I will have to pay almost 400 hundred dollars! I can not afford repairs like this, hence the reason I got the extended warranty...so I thought! Very upset, waiting for David to contact me on this matter. More

Quite a few things were wrong(like the rude cocky guy who decided to make me demand my jets 4 times and then said "well when your engine blows up we aren't going to take it" to waiting 2 hours for paperwork to being told "oh we are financing you through kia" only to be told later "oh we went through citizens bank and btw you have to pass a loan interview which will determine if you truly keep your car(my perception guys) The GM Jerome seemed genuine for the most part. More

The worst experience of my life! Lied to, manipulated and sexually harassed. Keith and Ross suggested that voluntary surrender the car I wanted to trade in and said I have a 3 day ret Lied to, manipulated and sexually harassed. Keith and Ross suggested that voluntary surrender the car I wanted to trade in and said I have a 3 day return policy. Jason, in finances validated that I have three days to return the vehicle. I went to return the vehicle and I was told there was no such thing, the three days is to exchange the vehicle. Ross went on to sexually harass me and even went on to send me a text saying “try not to dream about me tonight”. Long story short, besides the sexual harassment, I now have two vehicles that I can’t afford and am either going to have to declare bankruptcy or voluntary surrender a vehicle. Never trust the service here and what they say , and if you are a woman.... do not go in there alone. More
