Not only do I feel i got a very good deal, I was treated really well. I was there for almost five hours when it was all over and he was as professional and personable to us as when we first arrived. I felt zero pressure during the process, except for the pressure I put on myself. Thank you for a great experience. Colleen OLeary handled the financing and she was funny and and made us feel like family. She was also real and had a great sense of humor. This is really important when you are handling a great deal of someone's money. More

Great car buying experience- Thanks David Malette My wife and I had been looking for a new car or SUV and had been shopping earnestly for a week. We stopped by the BMW to look st the series 2 or 3 and My wife and I had been looking for a new car or SUV and had been shopping earnestly for a week. We stopped by the BMW to look st the series 2 or 3 and met David who was very knowledgeable about all things BMW and great at understanding how to assist customers. David was not pushy, he answered our questions and in what can be a stressful, even painful experience helped to make it a delight. The series 2 and 3 did not feel right and We looked st a used 2014 - 528 with low mileage that had come in that morning and we test drive it and fell in love with it. Would definitely recommend Leith BMW and David Malette. More

Care about their customers I was in the market for a BMW M2, but most dealerships had a long waiting list. David Malette called me personally when an allocation for an M2 becam I was in the market for a BMW M2, but most dealerships had a long waiting list. David Malette called me personally when an allocation for an M2 became available, and immediately put my name down as the next in line to purchase the car. David was responsive and answered all of my questions, and was ready to help at any time during the ordering process (which takes several months). During signing, everything was laid out clearly with the agreed upon price, and there was no haggling at any time. They also processed my lease turn in quickly and without any issues or additional cost. I would highly recommend this dealership and David Malette in particular, as they care about their customers, and they remain honest and friendly throughout the entire car purchasing experience. More
