Was ready for a fight and didn't get one I have been looking for the right CPO Flex for probably 4 months now. When I saw what I was looking for at Crescent I had to mentally prepare myself I have been looking for the right CPO Flex for probably 4 months now. When I saw what I was looking for at Crescent I had to mentally prepare myself for the "Car Buying Battle". The negotiating, be ready to walk away, play the numbers game, etc. I made an appointment with David and drove up from Charlotte. He is a super nice guy and straight forward. I drove the car, told him what I wanted to pay he got it real close and I took it. Wait.... No high pressure games? No juggling numbers? No sales manager to put the screws to me? Nothing. Last time I bought a new car (10 years ago) it took 2 weeks of negotiation. This took 3 hours and most of that was getting all the documents signed. Kim in Finance is a sweetheart too. Very professional and had my finance paperwork ready to go in no time I couldn't be happier with my experience and my new car. More
