I had read once that buying a house and a car is the most stressful thing to do. Welll they never dealt with Dave and Steve! Not only was it NOT stressful, but I had a good time actually! They were so nice, polite, and we laughed! I lost my husband in November and he always bought our vehicles, so I had no idea what I was doing! Steve and Dave were ever so helpful and made it so easy, no pressure they explained things and I was able to make any and all decisions without feeling like I "had to"! Most Honest, and Reliable Dealer I just recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Challenger from this dealer. I had it specially ordered because none of the Challengers on the lot had what I I just recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Challenger from this dealer. I had it specially ordered because none of the Challengers on the lot had what I wanted to have in my own custom one. I actually had done a lot of searching, and something that never occurred to me was ordering one until the sales representative, David Martinez, suggested I do so in order to have the car that I wished to have. I was not disappointed with this decision. He kept me updated through the process of the making of my vehicle, and he also worked with me in order for me to understand the costs of everything. He never once pressured me into buying the vehicle, and also allowed me to take test drives, by myself, before even ordering/purchasing. It was probably the most relaxed experience I had with a dealer. This is definitely a dealership I would recommend to my friends, family, and who ever else is looking for a vehicle to purchase. With any dealership, you are probably going to pay more than you wish to for a vehicle. It's just the rules of the game when purchasing a new car, but in all honesty, I would have rather done business with this dealership knowing that I'd be paying a little extra, than to give my business to a dealer that disrespects me, and pressures me into making a decision. He kept notes on the features I wanted and only showed me what I asked for. He NEVER tried to push me into something else I didn't want. 2. No BS. Everything up front and in writing. All the options and costs, all the financing, even across competing vehicles so my family could make the best decision. 3. Energy. Most other dealers were mopes walking about unhappily in suits like they were selling hearses from a funeral home. Not here. Lots of smiles from the whole team, lively music, and they paid attention to me, my wife, and our son. Our entire family mattered as people, not just if we were buying the first time we visited.
