2014 Dodge Durango RT "Blacktop Edition" David Martinez was awesome! I initi went in because I saw a red Durango with the blacktop edition options as well and test drove it but it wasn't the David Martinez was awesome! I initi went in because I saw a red Durango with the blacktop edition options as well and test drove it but it wasn't the vehicle I wanted. so I was going to go to another dealership to see another Durango which had what I wanted and David asked if he was able to get me the vehicle here would I be interested in purchasing it there. I never knew this was possible and I was glad because the other dealership was out of state. long story short, David got me the vehicle I wanted with all the options I wanted and was great. he made me feel like family/friend not just another sale. I definitely will be here again for future car needs. thanks again David and all the staff at Bettenhausen!!! More

David Martinez was knowledgeable and very upfront about the caravan and what he can get for my trade in vehicle. He offered my kids snacks and coloring books to occupy them while he worked on the numbers to get my payments as close to my ideal number, which he did get there for me. He let me even test drive the Caravan and bring it to my wife at work, I don't think I would've purchased the vehicle that day if it weren't for that test drive. Once we went ahead with the purchase, David understood my urgency of time and quickly worked through the paperwork and I got to work in time and I left with my brand new Grand Caravan!! It couldn't have worked out any better and I intend to be a returning customer. More

I became very discouraged and started to think that it wasn't possible for me to obtain my dream of owning a new car that would fit my families needs. Included with a smile and feel of satisfaction when dealing with a large purchase such as a new car, David Martinez was one of the best people navigators I've seen yet. I wont need to say more, as I was so put at ease with my first experience, not 7 months later I returned to visit David once more for my second Challenger purchase. After all the paperwork was done of course, they (many of the dealership's employees all helped) to provide lunch via a BBQ.
