Bought a slightly used Dodge Dart from the Bettenhausen dealership in Tinley. This was probably the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. They even let us test drive the car alone so we can have our own opinions on the car instead of being harassed the whole time. The first thing that caught are attention was the outstanding prices. The prices at Dodge are much more reasonable than all the other local competitors. Secondly, we found the vehicle we were looking for in the showroom and it was AMAZING. It was almost has if the Dodge Ram Caravan was custom built just for us. The movable seats, underneath storage, and electronics were exactly what we needed. Now we can enjoy are long trips! Lastly, the customer service provided by David Martinez was outstanding. He was nice, extremely helpful, and very passionate about providing us with the best customer experience possible. He showed us every single detail that the vehicles had to offer and allowed us to test drive every single style of vehicle to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I worked with Bettenhausen Dodge in the past and like the no haggle style. I did some research on-line and pretty much knew exactly what I wanted when I came in and how much I wanted for my trade in. I came in on a Saturday and worked with David Martinez, who was awesome! He found the car I wanted, which was out of state. It was the only one available with what I wanted in the color I wanted in the midwest. David got it and had it ready for me on that next Monday, even though I wasn't able to pick it up until Tuesday. When I got there to pick it up it was all ready to go and the whole purchase and delivery process including David sitting down with me in the car to go over all of the key functions was completed in about 2 hours. That was the fastest car purchase I have ever experienced and was very welcomed. I would not hesitate to recommend Bettenhausen and especially David as a salesman. Great dealer, but dodge needs to have more choices on their vehicles. You should be able to get a vehicle without everything on it, but with some stuff in it.
