DO NOT TRUST THEM! !!!! Terrible customer service. Multiple salesMEN treated me terribly and lied to me . I found the car I wanted online and called about it. Eddie s !!!! Terrible customer service. Multiple salesMEN treated me terribly and lied to me . I found the car I wanted online and called about it. Eddie said Friday evening he would work out some numbers and call me back that evening. I called in the morning and someone else (Chris) picked up where he left off and said Eddie would call when he was out of the meeting. I called two hours later and Eddie and Chris worked out the final details and we agreed on a number. Eddie said he would call back in about 30 minutes with the details after the paper work was done so I could set up a wire transfer. I was elated. I continued to delay and disrupt my plans for the day and called 2 hours later. I got the run around and they said he would call when the opened on Sunday. I called Sunday and hear Eddie said "Sorry, the car sold". They flat out lied to me, and in the mean time kept me from going out of town to see another car I'd set up and test drive for. You know they effort that goes into picking car you are willing to spend 26K on- they are just xxxxty xxxxxxxx. I don't know why I trusted them. More

Purchased a Ford F-450 for $91K. After telling them I didn't need financing, they told me that they could get me 0% financing from Ford Motor Credity and that they would knock $750 o After telling them I didn't need financing, they told me that they could get me 0% financing from Ford Motor Credity and that they would knock $750 off the purchase price so I agreed. Suddenly I get inundated with credit report searchs from at least 20 banks as Koons instead decided to shop my application to anyone and everyone, this activity knocked 30 points off my 800 FICO score. When I show up to take delivery on the car, there is almost no fuel in the tank. The salesman at first wouldn't deliver me the car with a full tank until I threatened to walk (having driver 3 hours to get there). He finally acquiesced, seems to me dropping $91K on a pick up truck ought to get me a free tank of gas. The worst part was after waiting a month, I still hadn't received my registration. I called several times to inquire before I finally get a response from their title clerk. She tells me that they filed for the registration 27 days after I took delivery and that the reason for this ridiculous delay is because "the paperwork had to go to several other desks" before it got to her. I'm sorry but exactly where did it need to go? China?? This dealership is the absolute worst customer experience and customer service I have ever experienced and I have bought over 100 cars in my lifetime. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KOONS!!!! More

I bought a ram 1500 with 4000 down payment and they never sent me my plates I had to call the dealer with 4 days until my provisional plates expired and there is a lady who is the head of the finance departm sent me my plates I had to call the dealer with 4 days until my provisional plates expired and there is a lady who is the head of the finance department andrea salvia ,, liar, angry, aggressive, bad spoken a horrible way to deal to her clients .. she doesn't really care about anything since she already took their money from the car because she already sold it and the bank already paid her money then after you bought the car with them they already see you as garbage you were no longer welcome this place is sad since she is Hispanic like me of the 4000 down payment , I have to pay 490 extra dollars to be able to have my plates a horrible experience with this type of people who do not care about people a bad experience and sad.. I really know that there are places like this in the 21st century I hope that what happened to me does not happen to anyone else ...compre una ram 1500 con 4000 down payment y nunca me enviaron mis placas tuve que llamar al dealer faltando 4 días para que mis placas proviosonales se vencieran y hay una señora que es la jefa del departamento de finanzas enojada agresiva mal hablada un modo horrible para tratar a sus clientes.. realmente a ella no le importa nada ya que ella ya agarro su dinero del carro por que ya lo vendió y el banco ya le pago su dinero entonses después que compraste el carro con ellos ya te ven como basura ya no eras bienvenido es triste el caso ya que ella es hispana igual que nosotros aparte de los 4000 down payment tube que pagar 490 dolares extras para poder tener mis placas una experiencia horrible con este tipo de personas que no les importa la gente una mala experiencia y triste la verdad saber que existen lugares así en el siglo 21 espero que no le pase a nadie más lo que paso a mi More

This has been the absolute WORST car buying experience of my life. First they try to charge me more money after I've already paid for the car and driven off, and now TWO MONTHS later I still have not receive my life. First they try to charge me more money after I've already paid for the car and driven off, and now TWO MONTHS later I still have not received my license plates and I keep reaching out via email and have yet to get a response from anyone other than the lady who keeps harrassing me to give them 5 stars for their poor service. I have received so much conflicting information from every single person I have talked to this whole thing is ridiculous, and in the end it seems like I'll have to pay more money plus a penalty to get my own plates because it's been longer than 30 days with absolutely no help or solution from anyone at Koons. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Ford More

Stay Away from Koons Falls Church Sales persons that lie about the vehicles they are selling and try to hide defaults. Operators that intentionally send you to phones with no one on Sales persons that lie about the vehicles they are selling and try to hide defaults. Operators that intentionally send you to phones with no one on them. Finance departments that lie and mis-sell products. End-to-end business plans that would make any crook happy. Save yourself the heartache and go to real dealership. With any luck this one will disappear. More

I found three pre-owned vehicles online for a much better deal than the other Ford dealers I was shopping. I’m a Maryland Resident but the great deal was taking me to VA to buy. I contacted internet manager deal than the other Ford dealers I was shopping. I’m a Maryland Resident but the great deal was taking me to VA to buy. I contacted internet manager Pedro online and he called me immediately. Told me all three were in stock and ready for me. I came two days later (Saturday morning). Pedro scheduled me with salesman Dave Mast. Dave was awesome. Very personable, quick, and had the cars ready for us. We picked which we liked best, drove it, told him what our target payment was, and he got it us set up with Joe Messina, the finanacr manager. With no negotiation, Joe beat the other dealers interest rate by 2 whole points, and smoked the other dealerships price on a 100,000 mile warranty and gap Insurance. I was never pressured to buy those products, I wanted them and requested them. In the middle of my deal the general manager stopped by to see how everything was, and he was super helpful. I told him about a concern i had with my credit, and he immediately went to the finance manager and followed up on it, than returned to assure me there were no problems. 2 hours in and out on a Saturday morning with a sweet 2017 explorer. Thanks to every at Koons Ford for helping! Even there accounting department kicks @$$!!! More

Customer service with a smile We were met by David Mast, told him what we were looking for and new Edge. Let me test drive a couple of models. We couldn't find what I was looking for on the lot, so back at the dealership, David and Kenneth (I think that is his name, tall, sandy blond (?)) anyway worked on getting me model, color and whatever bells and whistles I wanted on the car. Next day, David called and said they had my car and I could come test drive it and see if it was what I wanted. Went after work and sure enough they found the model and color and most of the bells and whistles and what it didn't have they got it for me. In fact, David just called me today to see how I liked the car and if I was satisfied with it....of course I am. This is car number six we have purchased from Koons, five of them from this dealership (used and new). What's a better recommendation than a repeat customer. P.S. what is up with the huge key fobs, you should be giving key chains with them, just saying. More
