The service center staff was pretty decent. However, the vehicle I purchased from here wasn't. I even encountered some very harsh service from John, but we somewhat overcame it eventually. For the most part my experience with Koons Kia was great. I stopped in on a whim to look at a car. Everyone was welcoming and they worked to answer my questions. After about a month, I decided to purchase I stopped in on a whim to look at a car. Everyone was welcoming and they worked to answer my questions. After about a month, I decided to purchase through Koons Kia and the delivery was also great. At the time of purchase there was only 1 Key Fob available and I was told to reach out to schedule a time to pick up a second one, have it programmed. Unfortunately this process didn't go as smoothly as promised because I had to call, text and email quite a few times with no success. Since I live over 60 miles away from the dealership, I decided to purchase a new OEM Key Fob directly and have it programmed at my local Kia dealership. More
