We were visiting family in Oregon from Los Angeles and had absolutely no plans to buy a car in Oregon. Johnny was a wealth of information about the used Bolts, answering every question and walking us through the differences between models. We found one that was exactly what we’d been looking for. After stepping away to contact a few dealerships in Los Angeles, we realized the deal here couldn’t be beat. We decided to pull the trigger, and Johnny made the entire process smooth and efficient. He got us out the door quickly so we could enjoy the rest of our time in Portland. Now, a few weeks later and back in L.A., we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Did they email me information I requested within 24 hours, typically right away, and even responding on their days off (super nice, but not necessary) - yes. I could not be happier with my experience with McLoughlin Chevrolet. Adam, Dave, Dylan and Joe treated me like family. I live too far away to consistently use the service department, however when I have, they have done a great job for me. Buying cars can be a pain at times, but not here. Everything went very smoothly. Adam did a great job of walking me through the new features on my Tahoe. Dave, as always, did a great job going over the financial side of things and Dylan worked very hard locating and delivering the difficult to find Tahoe I was requesting. More
