I came in with a check engine light that I had diagnoist at Zuto Zone with a print out of the code report. The dealership insisted are rerunning the code, charged me $240 to verify the same issue (oil pres at Zuto Zone with a print out of the code report. After charging me over $2,000 chasing this issue and releasing my vehicle, the check engine light comes back on after 10 miles of driving. Back in the shop, they know think it is a dirty oild filter. Why shouldn't I feel that I have been ripped-off. As a new customer, there is know way I would come back to this dealership. Numerous times during the last 24 hours I have called the service department to check in and no one picks up of returns my calls until hours later (@ 6:00 pm to let me know they are still trying to figure it out and will call me in the (next day) morning. I will copy this text and think about sending it to my attorney. More

Dealership sold me on services that weren’t needed (though they told me they were). Specifically, told me the transmission was “really dirty” and needed a flush.
