I waited about 4 days to hear back from the bank, but David stayed on top of it and got me a wonderful deal, an offer I couldn't refuse! I called Ed Morse Auto Mall with questions about the Buick Enclave & was referred to David Miller. Dave took the time to answer my questions & suggested I drop by for a test drive. When I arrived he already had a 2013 Enclave ready & waiting to take out for spin. He went over all the features & options that were available. I fell in love with the vehicle & had a very specific wish list. Ray Kurian the Sales Manager wanted to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. He took the extra step to search for the vehicle that I wanted & came up with a beautiful vehicle. The sales process was excellent & the terms were exactly as I had expected. They even purchased my previous vehicle! Antonio Mesa the Finance Consultant had all of the paperwork ready for me to sign & drive so there was not a minute spent waiting. Very professional, David found us another rebate that we weren't aware of, and saved us an additional $750. There was a programming issue on the Navigation system that was discovered the day I picked up th weren't aware of, and saved us an additional $750. There was a programming issue on the Navigation system that was discovered the day I picked up the car. David Miller (Sales) and Wayne Quick (Service Manager) were very helpful in resolving the issue and giving me a loaner vehicle for the day.
