Very smooth experience. My appointment coincided with a snow storm. I had planned on walking to my office from the service center. My service rep, David, suggested that I t My appointment coincided with a snow storm. I had planned on walking to my office from the service center. My service rep, David, suggested that I take advantage of their drop off service. Thank goodness! Conditions degraded so quickly, the walk would have been rough. The drop off should have been a 5minute ride, but turned into a 30 minute workout for their excellent driver. The work was completed on time despite some additional needs. Very positive experience. More

35,000 mile oil change and inspection Although I was not able to qualify the use of a loaner car, the length of the service (approximately 90 minutes, per the service consultant) was short Although I was not able to qualify the use of a loaner car, the length of the service (approximately 90 minutes, per the service consultant) was short enough were I could stay at the dealership and wait. The elapsed time was actually 90 and all the necessary checks and the service was performed. I had one of the first appointments of the morning (7:30), so everything went smoothly. More
