Was not too happy I dropped my car and drove away with the loaner a little bit before 9am. It’s 3pm and nobody called and the service phone rings with noone to pick it I dropped my car and drove away with the loaner a little bit before 9am. It’s 3pm and nobody called and the service phone rings with noone to pick it up. I called sales and they were able to find out my car status. That was the second time I called when sales informed me that service was already closed. They told me to come pick up the car right away. Poor customer service, but they did do a great job with the service and car was clean. More

Always efficient and service oriented I had the opportunity to use DCH Audi for the service of my Q5 this month. I always need a loaner so I can get to work. Dave Mizera is a fantastic s I had the opportunity to use DCH Audi for the service of my Q5 this month. I always need a loaner so I can get to work. Dave Mizera is a fantastic service team member and he knows before I ask that I need a loaner and always book dates with a loaner for me. The loaner team are always quick and efficient and generally dropping off the car only add s about 15 mins to my usual daily commute. Pick up is also smooth. And the car looks sparkling after a service because of the car wash team. Just cannot say enough about the service team at DCH Audi. More
