Service Excellence! We had a service emergency late last Friday. Orlando Nieves and David Mizera handled a bad situation with compassion and professionalism. We had a graduation the next day and needed the car to transport me and my wheelchair as I was just released from the hospital. Unfortunately, the car could not be fixed in time, but both DCH team members bent over backwards to ensure we could get there and made alternative arrangements for us. Many dealerships "say" they have the best service department, but DCH AUDI really does have the best. Buy your Audi there, and have it serviced there. You will not go wrong. Thanks again to Orlando and David! More

The meaning of full service I was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule. Everything was ready for me when I arrived and I was out the door with a brand new A6 loaner. I was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule. Everything was ready for me when I arrived and I was out the door with a brand new A6 loaner. I received a call that my car was ready for pickup sooner than had been promised. My car was washed and ready when I arrived with all the paperwork ready to be signed and I was back on the road. More

Impromptu Visit to Service Center I ignored the low battery warning on my key for months, and then of course one of the fobs died on me, so I zipped over to DCH Audi and they took care I ignored the low battery warning on my key for months, and then of course one of the fobs died on me, so I zipped over to DCH Audi and they took care of it for me in no time whatsoever, even though I had no appointment. Replaced the battery on both fobs free of charge....these guys are always the best. Highly recommended. More

Very good ! I leased a car in 2014 and always received very good service. Then I leased the next A7 early 2017 since price was good and the service had been flaw I leased a car in 2014 and always received very good service. Then I leased the next A7 early 2017 since price was good and the service had been flawless. I just had an issue with my front armrest on my A7 not coming down and they took care of it. All good, and that's the story ! More

Cheats. Beware I will never take my car here. Took my car for service. I got a call saying that the Radiator fluid is dilute and dirty and the serpentine belt needs I will never take my car here. Took my car for service. I got a call saying that the Radiator fluid is dilute and dirty and the serpentine belt needs to be replaced. I was very surprised as my Q5 is only 3 years old with 55K miles. I believed them and got it done. I had to go back again in 1 month for a recall replacement. The lady called me and said that recall take care off; but the radiator fluid needs to be flushed as it is dilute and dirty! When I challenged her that how come it can become dirty in a month, she said that she was looking at the wrong car. What a bunch of cheats. I now believe that I probably got ripped off for 500 bucks the first go around as well. I will never go back to DCH. You should think as well...... More
