On every occasion that I visit the dealership, I am always treated like I'm "one of the family" and not merely just another customer. My initial sales experience with General Sales Manager Al Khouri, was the most pleasant vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. Al is the consummate gentleman who always goes out of his way to make my visits special (even though I am not there to purchase a new vehicle ... at least not yet!). Service Manager Al Palma and his team provide outstanding service and make sure that I am always treated like a VIP. Their work is always well done and they never try to up-sell or push service that isn't needed. More

Problem Solved I had an issue with what I thought was a brake problem. When I shared my experience with David. He was able to clarify that the nose may have been cau I had an issue with what I thought was a brake problem. When I shared my experience with David. He was able to clarify that the nose may have been caused by a small pebble getting stuck in the brake pad which caused the squeaky noise. He did a diagnostic and let me know everything was okay. I was also pleasantly surprised that the service technician offered to wash and clean my car. I left more aware, feeling relieved, and having a cleaner card to boot. Thanks! More

I called several times Tuesday but never got to a person - only got voice mail so didn't bother to leave a second message. I find this disturbing especially given that I had concerns of whether it was safe to drive my car. On Wednesday I drove to the dealership to see if I could get service. They were willing to look at it and ended up fixing my brakes. More
