On August 26, 2026 I walk into Concord Ville Nissan to get guidance on to best address a concern with a 2024 lease. I was a point in which I was close to exceeding the allotted miles and needed to make a get guidance on to best address a concern with a 2024 lease. I was a point in which I was close to exceeding the allotted miles and needed to make a decision on how to best to handle this situation; I had questions whether to buy miles at the point in time or wait until the end of the lease agreement and incur a penalty. As I entered the dealership with very low expectations of a positive outcome. I was greeted by two gentlemen standing near the entrance. I briefly explain why I was there. David Morgan quickly answered: I can help you! He intensely listened to my concerns, I explained I was very hesitant to be there due to a previous experience. David not only addressed my concerns he provided the guidance and the support I needed to make an inform decision; while remaining professional. My interaction with David that day was positive, we also had discussions the possibility about establishing a new lease (my decision) he answered my questions; I felt he was knowledgeable about the cars in the lot. I was not pressured to buy or lease a car that day. The next day, on August 27th I returned to the Concord Ville Nissan to test drive a 2026 Nissan Rouge. I was greeted by David Morgan.
