First Lincoln. Bye Bye Nissan 3 years ago our Maxima was washed away in HurricaneSandy. We went back to 3 different Nissan dealers and were told it was supply and demand and to no 3 years ago our Maxima was washed away in HurricaneSandy. We went back to 3 different Nissan dealers and were told it was supply and demand and to not expect deals. We went to Syosset recommended by a friend. We then got our 4th Nissan in a row. Being a little shell shocked, we bit there offer and in retrospect we got screwed! As this lease came do, the Nissan salesman called and we told him our feelings. I always look at other vehicles when are lease is up, but did think we were going back to Nissan. When we came to Queens Ford Lincoln we were not bum rushed but offered assistance with our questions in our own time. We spoke with David O'brien who was as down to earth as it comes. No Games or manipulation. We told him what we might be interested in and he worked up the numbers. We now pay $35 less per month then we did for our Altima for much more car! When he called over the sales manager, Min ,he also was an easy gentleman. This dealership made it painless and fair. What a pleasure. THANK YOU. we will be back!! More

Great experience. I was an anxious car shopper with a lot of constraints and Dave O'Brien was patient but persistent both to keep my business and on my behalf, when the I was an anxious car shopper with a lot of constraints and Dave O'Brien was patient but persistent both to keep my business and on my behalf, when the time came to do the deal. He waited until well after closing the day I leased the car and drove it off the lot even after his work was, essentially, done. He knows how to make a sale but never made me feel pressured, judged for my budget or bullied and had my trust throughout. I am thrilled with the Focus Hatchback I ended up with. I want to note that Johnny (never got a last name) also went above and beyond, staying until 7:30pm to address a few little marks on the car when it arrived at the dealership. Even the guy who drove the car down was especially courteous when I thanked him. I was there for 3.5 hours late on a Saturday with two little boys and everyone was accommodating and helpful. I really couldn't be more appreciative. Thanks, all. More

Don't take the tire /ford service I have to start out by saying that David is a gentle man and a great sales man.Reginald is a nice man as well I took the tire care on my new car I wis I have to start out by saying that David is a gentle man and a great sales man.Reginald is a nice man as well I took the tire care on my new car I wish I didn't because it is a waste of money.I made an appointment with Ford's service to change my tire as I had a bubble on it I arrived 15minutes early and then I waited 1hr 20 minutes just for my car to be looked at then they came back to me to say that my tire care would not cover it then after a long debate the manager said he would cover it because they want me back as a customer.then my friend called me to say that he had taken my advice I gave him when I bought the car to get a fusion and then he told me he also took the tire care and I said you might not be covered if you get a bubble on your tire and he said I was wrong.so what happened my friend yes he gets a bubble on his tire and he was also told that his car was not covered by tire care and he payed $100 for his tire so when asked to take the tire care care say no way it's a waste of money. More

I was very pleased with my overall service experience at Ford/ Lincoln Queens due to Jack Schwartz. He explained what need to be done to upgrade my GPS system.
