Amber may have informed me that I needed to make service department of diamond club but it was many months ago on a very hectic day so I don't remember. I didn't even think about it one because I had oil & filter changed months ago with my own supplies and I wasn't charged. This issue I consider resolved since I'm getting credited however I feel it should either be in system or service department should ask if customers are a member. My only other issue is low quality oil. My vehicle recommends full synthetic oil and a blend was used instead. I don't see this being an issue however because of this I'll need to change my oil at 3,000mi instead of the 5,000mi I usually go by. I know recommended is 7,500mi and I personally always use extended life oil and filters. It may be over kill but my last 3 vehicles all had over 300k miles and believe it or not they still ran when I parted with them. One having 366k miles on it which the person I gave it to drove it away and I'd still be driving it had a tree not falling on it. Oh and they're American made vehicles lol.
