Peace of mind and also better for our environment.. One thing I dislike is pushy dealers and David wasn't like that.. He even let me take the car out for lunch to think about it. My credit wasn't too good but not bad and I was able to get a decent rate and the transaction was pretty quick more than I ever experience in dealerships.. Dave Pittman was my salesman. What an overall great experience I had at the Burlington VW dealership. I made an appointment with Dave Pittman to test drive a 2013 Beetle. There was not one person who d experience I had at the Burlington VW dealership. I made an appointment with Dave Pittman to test drive a 2013 Beetle. There was not one person who didn't make sure to acknowledge me as I walked through the showroom. Dave at the time was with a customer so he asked San Juan if he would take me out in a Beetle. I drove 2 different tyes of Beetles. San Juan asnwered every question that I could possibly ask. When I returned from the test drive I meet up with Dave again. I had a few more questions (which Dave asnwered). I NEVER felt any pressure about buying the car. The only pressure I felt was the excitment in my head about being behind the wheel of my new car.I knew that this was the dealership that I was going to do business with. I decided to lease the car that day. Now it was time to select colors...not always an easy decision. Dave pulled out his book of color combos and the task became simple. When I finally selected the color (which was not on the Burlington property) Dave did his homework and found the exact one in the Philadelphia area. He asked me how soon I wanted to get into the car...of couse I said ASAP. He picked up his keys (along with another associate) dropped me off at the diner close by so I could eat and off they went to pick up my new car. Oh yes...prior to me wanting to test drive the Beetle, I was looking at the CC (which Dave drove down to me to save me a trip). I have never seen such overall friendliness and customer service as I did at Burlington. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy or lease a car to save some time and go directly to Burlington. Now that I own the car I know that the service doesn't stop there. I personally want to thank Gus Staino for turning me onto Burlington and his staff for such a wonderful experience. This dealership is full of salesman that love to rip you off. Their supposed "Finance Manager" Dom, doesn't even know the simple details listed on their contracts pertaining to disposition fees. Their prici off. Their supposed "Finance Manager" Dom, doesn't even know the simple details listed on their contracts pertaining to disposition fees. Their pricing is so much higher than what it is supposed to be. I called Volkswagen directly to discuss my buyout of my lease with them and was quoted the correct residual value which is all I wanted the dealership to do. Unfortunately for them, they quoted me $1,500 more and now they lost the deal. I got a better deal from Volkswagen directly then what I even expected today. There are a lot of shady salesmen here and I suggest reconsidering buying from Burlington Volkswagen. More
