Bob and Frank I recently went in to purchase a car I found online from this dealership. What I got was much more than a car. Earlier in the day and associate called I recently went in to purchase a car I found online from this dealership. What I got was much more than a car. Earlier in the day and associate called me to make sure I was still interested in the car. (I voluntarily put my information online to schedule this) The associate told me his name was “Bob” And to ask for him when I got there. so far standard stuff. However when I walked into the facility it was immaculate despite the ample chance for foot prints due to poor weather that day. I asked for Bob as I was told and a friendly man greeted me with a wholesome handshake. Bob provides a great experience allowed me as much time to familiarize myself with the car as I needed to before our test drive. Bob then allowed me to take this car for a test drive that truly allowed me to feel the handling. Most dealerships only do a trip around the block. This was much more. I knew I wanted the vehicle at this time. And Bob presented us with pricing. With some helpful tips and friendly conversation Bob made this a great experience. Then we had to go to the financing office. This is usually a tough time when buying a car. But we met with Frank the tank. This guy was more than helpful. Many dealerships seem to have guys in the finance room who want every penny from you. Frank the tank seemed to give every penny to us! The guy was so helpful and friendly, it made this experience wonderful. I’d recommend the dealer to anyone. More

Misleading I bought a vehicle here in 2014 since then the General Manager and Sales Manager I dealt with have moved on. Now it is Ed Napleton's practice to quot I bought a vehicle here in 2014 since then the General Manager and Sales Manager I dealt with have moved on. Now it is Ed Napleton's practice to quote a price via the internet and then when you come in you realize they are adding a mandatory "Ed Napleton Package" for $1400 to the cost of very new vehicle they sell. They refuse to remove it and do not include it in the original quote they provide via email. Buyer beware. Don't waste your time. More

On this particular purchase, a car for my mom, Johnny set up the whole deal for me even though he was on vacation. As a result, I also had the privilege of working with a few other members of the Ed Napleton team: Dave Reiser who did a trade with another dealer to get my mom the color she wanted in a matter of hours not days, and Christian Buczak who guided her through the sale process.
