After 3 attempts to contact him, I replaced the items with an Amazon purchase. I guess he's hiding from me since the deal is done. He also flaked on the gas he said he'd put in the truck. If he'd only called to say, sorry, can't find them and couldn't get the okay for the gas or some other excuse, I likely would have given 4 stars but it kind of sucks to be disregarded, especially after spending this kind of money. At any rate, I paid too much for a truck with high miles, but I think I'm happy with it anyway, it's a little early to tell. More

From the very start Lauren was professional, kind, courteous and willing to work with my wants. No body likes to be looking to buy a car and have someone trying to force your hand on the dotted line a courteous and willing to work with my wants. No body likes to be looking to buy a car and have someone trying to force your hand on the dotted line and that’s something I really appreciated about Lauren’s style of salesperson. She heard my wants, she learned what cars would not only fit my budget but also have the features and style that would best suite me. I’m pregnant with my first child and was trading in a small two door for something more accommodating for the years to come, the VW Taos 2022. We settled on a fair trade price, and I got the new vehicle for a good price as well. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. Lauren made sure that I loved a vehicle before we ever had any discussions on if it would be something I’m interested in, she wasn’t just trying to push anything on me to make a sale and to me THAT is how you build lifelong clientele. While she didn’t put pressure on me, she did continue to seek out vehicles and make suggestions to me to see if one of them would fit my budget and interest me, I really felt that she cared about finding the right car for me and my family. If you’re looking for a dealer who is going to hear your needs, work with your wants, work to find a vehicle that is going to make you happy, then Lauren is the dealer for you. Her knowledge, patience and kindness gives her a 10 star rating in my book. More

Just because the market allows it, it does not make it ethically or morally right to gouge the client on the price of the vehicle. They attempted to sell the car $10k over sticker price. I finally was ab ethically or morally right to gouge the client on the price of the vehicle. They attempted to sell the car $10k over sticker price. I finally was able to get it at sticker. But it left a bad taste. The salesman, David Rico, was polite and nice, but lied to me twice. We had numerous deal sheets flying around. When I ask to see the original sheet he claimed he threw it out in a locked shred bin and it could not be retrieved. Later in the deal David got up from the table but left a folded sheet of paper on the table. When I opened it, it was the original deal sheet he claimed to have thrown in the shred bin. I also asked David to have two items from parts ready when he delivered the car. When asked where the items were at delivery, he claimed parts had to order them. I later called the parts department only to find both items were in stock. Not sure why all the people are listed as "Rate People You Worked With" on this survey. I literally only meet two people. David and Matt Miller from finance. Not even a greet and meet from the General/Sales Manager to thank me for my business. Matt was supposed to have all the doc ready on delivery day. None were ready. Ether David didn't tell him or Matt just didn't do it. On the day of delivery, the keys were just handed to me. I had to ask how work the gear shifter since it was so different from a normal shifter. Then I came home and watched YouTube videos on how to set up the dash display and work the info system. The car shortage means it's a sellers market. What I came away with from my 2nd purchase from this dealership was their sheer indifference. It's seller market they will take full advantage of it and they just don't care... full stop. More
