I made an appointment for an oil change For 8AM the next
morning, and that’s the time I got in. No waiting behind a bunch of cars or people waiting inside waiting be helped. It was like they were waiting on

It was like they were waiting on me and they put me first.. my guy David, greeted me with a smile me as I got out my car, he was ready to take down my mileage ,I traded my Nissan Marano to a Toyota Highlander and even though it’s not a Nissan car, team Nissan serviced it anyway. Also years ago when I started coming to Team Nissan for my car needs. I would have to wait in the waiting room.. and as I was waiting , the Nissan employees would passed through waiting room area. They would just look at you and keep going. Within the past six months to a year, their employees now smile, and acknowledge you as they go to their destination.. that really makes me comfortable knowing they can look me in my eye and nod that the work they do
