Sales Manager unprofessional. Did not meet my needs. Ruben created a stressful buying environment . Lack of transparency, ignored my concerns. Test drove a Vehicle made the deal but when to pick up to finalize it was the wrong vehicle. So the Vehicle all along was the wrong stock number on paper. He then proceed to argue the fact and the deal almost went south but Don Hayes made it right. I felt really bad for my sales rep David Roberts because he was caught in the middle of the situation. Ruben Diaz overall I feel is not an effective leader and creates a negative working environment which impacts customer service. More
