I enjoyed the experience. On the phone they asked “If I can get you the vehicle you want for $XXX.XX will you buy it today?” And I said “yes”. I was skeptical it was just a tactic to get me in the door. Wh can get you the vehicle you want for $XXX.XX will you buy it today?” And I said “yes”. I was skeptical it was just a tactic to get me in the door. When I walked in and waited for my offer I thought “here we go, let’s see they come at me with.” The first offer was exactly what we discussed over the phone, no BS. I was very happy with their honesty and fairness and I did not waste the trip making the 50 minute drive past other Subaru dealerships to Sport Subaru South. I would highly recommend and I love my new 2020 Subaru Outback Limited!!!! More

It hesitates when it is wet/raining even if the pavement is dry.The acceleration in general is poor and the engine sounds like crap unless i baby it up to speed. I did not notice some things when i bought the vehicle that surely could have knocked thousands off the bill had i looked earlier. After paying cash, $22,000 i felt i got no deal even though i was the only one in the entire dealership. So, i cant recomend the dealership, i am very concerned about the service center their considering my buyers remorse, and i definately will no recommend a subaru to anyone. More
