We took our time with the decision—came in more than once, asked a lot of questions, and test drove the model we were interested in—and Kris was patient and helpful through all of it. We never felt rushed or pressured at any point. Kris was easy to work with—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He answered all our questions, kept us in the loop, and gave us plenty of time to make decisions without any pressure. What stood out most to us was how smooth the whole process was. There were no surprises or games—just honest communication and a fair deal. We left feeling really good about the purchase and who we bought from.
