I've been using Arrowhead's Service via David Scott for over 6 years (pretty unusual in the Car business, I think). They're not the cheapest, but through David they are the most consistently thorough, get over 6 years (pretty unusual in the Car business, I think). David Scott is the only Service Advisor I want to deal with. If he has the day off, I will wait and bring my car in for service when he is in. I have been coming to this dealership for 8 years now and have been dealing with David Scott for about 7 of them. I lived in Glendale for 4 years but moved to Phoenix 3 years ago; I STILL will drive out of m have been dealing with David Scott for about 7 of them. I lived in Glendale for 4 years but moved to Phoenix 3 years ago; I STILL will drive out of my way to come to this dealership because of the excellent level of customer service I receive from Arrowhead as well as David. David and I have developed a rapport over the years and he and I have become friends as a result. He has always strived to take great care of my sometimes OCD-esque needs but is also very tentative to his other customers. I believe David is a good man with Christian values and he exemplifies that daily to me, as well as anytime my car needs service. The service that Arrowhead Honda provides is excellent. Mechanics know their business. I have always had quality work done at this dealership. David Scott was most helpful in having a problem fixed that I had with my Honda. With the ignition off, there was no warning sound when I left the key in the ignition or the headlights on after the vehic that I had with my Honda. With the ignition off, there was no warning sound when I left the key in the ignition or the headlights on after the vehicle door was opened. A switch and circuit test was performed and found that the left door switch came apart. The switch was repaired and and I no longer have this problem. David is qiite knowledgeable about Honda maintenance and repair. I believe that he is a real asset to Arrowhead Honda. More
