I've been using Arrowhead's Service via David Scott for over 6 years (pretty unusual in the Car business, I think). They're not the cheapest, but through David they are the most consistently thorough, get over 6 years (pretty unusual in the Car business, I think). They're not the cheapest, but through David they are the most consistently thorough, get the job done the first time (or make amends w/o your having to ask), and extremely pleasant to deal with. If David moves to another dealer, if he's available in commuting distance from my home, I'm there and so are my family's vehicles, including my 88 year old Father, who also appreciates David's honesty and patience. David Scott is the only Service Advisor I want to deal with. If he has the day off, I will wait and bring my car in for service when he is in. He is great at returning phone calls and emails; he’s alway with. If he has the day off, I will wait and bring my car in for service when he is in. If there is anything seriously wrong with your car he will explain it in enough detail so you understand the issue. I’ve bought two cars from Arrowhead Honda so they must be doing something right. I have been coming to this dealership for 8 years now and have been dealing with David Scott for about 7 of them. I lived in Glendale for 4 years but moved to Phoenix 3 years ago; I STILL will drive out of m have been dealing with David Scott for about 7 of them. David and I have developed a rapport over the years and he and I have become friends as a result. He has always strived to take great care of my sometimes OCD-esque needs but is also very tentative to his other customers. I believe David is a good man with Christian values and he exemplifies that daily to me, as well as anytime my car needs service. I have been going to this dealership for almost 7 years and found staff to be quite knowledgeable about Hondas. Their prices are great, particularly when coupons are available. David Scott was most helpful in having a problem fixed that I had with my Honda. With the ignition off, there was no warning sound when I left the key in the ignition or the headlights on after the vehic that I had with my Honda. With the ignition off, there was no warning sound when I left the key in the ignition or the headlights on after the vehicle door was opened. A switch and circuit test was performed and found that the left door switch came apart. The switch was repaired and and I no longer have this problem. David is qiite knowledgeable about Honda maintenance and repair. I believe that he is a real asset to Arrowhead Honda. More
