I was quickly connect to Service representative Mike King when I called. I was able to bring my car in right away. The work was done promptly and efficiently, with a clear explanation of the issue.

Was unable to personally come in, sent my daughter in with my car. She was extended great courtesy by David Scott and the work was completed while she waited.
"Purchased Leased Vehicle"
We had leased a vehicle from Arrowhead Honda just over two years ago. Earlier this year Eric Galliani reached out to us to make sure we were happy with the vehicle and to ask if we had any questions regarding our lease. As it turns out we had been thinking of whether or not to keep until end of the lease and purchase a totally different vehicle, lease a different vehicle or just purchase the one we had.
Eric was very helpful in explaining all of our options leading up to our decision to purchase the vehicle we had been leasing. . At no time did we feel pressured by Eric before or during the process.
We made an appointment and Eric advised that he would have all our paperwork ready when we arrived and he did. He reviewed everything with us and made sure we were comfortable with the payments. We agreed payments were acceptable and asked about some type of extended warranty. He explained that the finance guy would be sure to review our options. We met with John Bakos in finance and he was also very helpful. Explained our options and worked with us to ensure we were happy with our options and final payment.
Process took about 90 minutes. It was a very easy process and we would definitely recommend Arrowhead Honda and Eric, for anyone thinking of buying or leasing a new Honda.
