Hi I was in the market for a low mileage used car, Using CarFax and Auto Trader I chased several dealers without success. I would send an email asking for their OTD price and worksheet for same. Every dealer except Daniels gave me a song and dance and wanted to pump me for information to tailor the deal in their behalf. David Simoes came forward with the information that I wanted. After the test drive, we determined a minor issue that needed to be addressed. His service dept agreed to the repair at the asking price of the car. It was delivered to me as promised. I can't say enough about David and Daniels BMW. This was not a high price deal for a used car, but he treated me with respect and made it easy to go forward with the purchase. I would have no problem buying a BMW from this dealership when treated this well for a lesser purchase. More
