A lot was accomplished on the phone saving both me and them time in unnecessary exasperating negotiations. We were both very close immediately and settled in a few minutes. I have used Daniels for a number of years and am extremely fond of their maintenance and parts departments as well as the BMW sales dept As is always the case, I am sure there is someone better on the planet, but I haven't found them and this is my eighth BMW. Both Joe and David are polished pros and at the same time the most cordial and helpful that anyone could ask for. More
